Landscape Laborer

Weather Tech Direct, LLC is seeking a well‑qualified Landscape Laborer to perform a variety of landscape and snow removal tasks.

• Operate mowing equipment and a variety of hand and power tools for landscape projects.
• Operate a plow truck and/or snow removal equipment.
• Prepare and maintain a clean work site by removing waste materials, rubble, and debris.
• Occasionally climb ladders or use boom/scissor lifts to reach high areas.
• Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.
• Regularly work near moving mechanical parts and in outdoor conditions that include inclement weather, heat, and humidity, with exposure to dust, pollen, and asphalt and concrete.
• Work a varied schedule consisting of day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 1+ years of landscape experience.
• Experience operating industrial lawn mowers and snow removal equipment.
• Knowledge of outside irrigation systems preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Have the ability to stand for a long duration of time and work at a fast pace.
• Flexibility to work weekends and overtime, as required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
