The Finishing Department takes printed panels and turns them into individual cards. Punch Operators work 1st shift Monday - Friday 5:30am - 1:30pm and use a calibrated punch machine to cut individual cards from large, laminated sheets, inspecting each batch for quality, sorting the cards into boxes, and managing the material flow by clearing bins and reloading supplies. This is a great role for those who enjoy hands-on work and maintaining steady, efficient production.
Operators run machines such as Oasys, Kurz, Burkle, Muhlbauer, Spartanics. This step requires precision, ensuring cards are cut clean, corners are smooth, and no defects move forward in the process. This is a fast-paced area where consistency and attention to detail are essential as products transition to the next stage of production.
