Ryder is immediately hiring for Reach Truck Forklift Operators to support warehouse operations. The role includes responsible handling of Engine and HVAC parts, operating stand‑up reach trucks, sit‑down forklifts, cherry/order pickers, and walkie riders. You’ll work in a state‑of‑the‑art environment with a focus on safety and teamwork.

• Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Shift Premium: $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday, 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm (2nd shift)

  Weekly

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• At least 1 year of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience (preferred)
• Valid Forklift Operator's License
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Team player in a diverse work environment
• Professional relationship building at all organizational levels
• Highly thorough, dependable, punctual with a good attendance record
• High initiative and strong accuracy under pressure
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods
• Adherence to health and safety methods
• Flexible availability for various shifts
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices

Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check, a road test, and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Work within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Manage day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during the core shift hour of production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
