• 3+ years of retail or customer service management experience (or 4+ years of U.S. military service)
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales‑focused environment
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
• Minimum High School diploma or GED required
• Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the U.S.
• Full‑time availability (regularly over 40 hours per week) including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
