UX Researcher

We are seeking a talented UX Researcher to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to user-centered design and enhance digital experiences through impactful research.

• Conduct user research utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods to inform product design decisions.
• Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to integrate user feedback into the development process.
• Manage multiple research projects independently while maintaining alignment with team objectives and timelines.
• Develop and document best practices for user research methodologies and tools.

• 5+ years of experience in UX research, particularly in eCommerce or mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in usability testing, qualitative interviewing, and survey design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.
• Experience with tools such as Figma, , and Dovetail.

• Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.
• A background in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field.
• Experience in mentoring or coaching junior team members.

The pay range for this role is $37 - $71 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
