The Senior Analyst, Strategic Analytics is responsible for measuring and optimizing the performance of personalization initiatives across digital and marketing channels. This role partners with Marketing, Product and Digital leaders to design experiments, quantify incremental impact of Personalized activations, and translate complex datasets into actionable insights that influence strategic decisions.
YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BYBI and Customer Journey Analytics to enable self-service performance monitoring and insight gathering
- BA/BS degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science or related analytical degree or experience (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in experimentation, digital analytics, or customer behavior analytics (internship/project experience considered for early-career candidates)
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with A/B Testing Tools – Adobe Target preferred
- Experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Customer Journey Analytics
- Experience with Python or R a plus Experience in retail or CPG industry a plus
- Experience with data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau or Power
BI) a plus. - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - must be able to communicate complex ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
