SAP EDI Consultant

$65/hr - $70/hr

We are looking for an SAP EDI Consultant to support and enhance electronic data interchange operations for our client.

• Hands‑on experience with EDI processes and support.
• Strong understanding of EDI mapping.
• Experience performing root cause analysis.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize support tickets.

• Experience supporting EDI operations in a production environment.
• Experience reviewing and improving existing EDI processes.
• Experience working with stakeholders to resolve EDI‑related issues.
• Experience in retail or manufacturing environments preferred.

• Monitor, track, and resolve EDI errors in real time.
• Perform root cause analysis and document findings and resolutions.
• Manage and resolve support tickets within defined service levels.
• Communicate EDI issues and resolutions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Review existing EDI processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support and evaluate new EDI requirements as they arise.
• Create and maintain issue resolution and process documentation.
• Develop initial documentation for new EDI processes and support knowledge transfer.
• Analyze error trends and contribute to corrective action planning.
• Prepare regular reports on ticket volumes, response times, and recurring issues.

• Experience working with SAP environments.
• Experience building and maintaining knowledge base documentation.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
