Talent Manager, Recruiter, HR / Recruitment Consultant
We are currently searching for a Senior Global Recruiter in the Bolingbrook, IL area to join a growing Talent Acquisition team. This position is hybrid on-site 4 days and 1 day remote after 90 days. The ideal candidate will have experience in TA corporate and manufacturing industry (salaried employees) and global exposure. The Recruiter will be involved in every stage of the recruiting process and work on a variety of roles such as technical engineering, human resources, operations, management, etc...
Bilingual (Spanish) a big + 105K - 120K Base + Quarterly Bonus + Annual Profit Sharing + Benefits Package
Responsibilities:
- Manage full lifecycle recruitment for salaried positions across global manufacturing business.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, workforce needs, and long-term talent goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and HR partners to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a high-quality and efficient recruitment process.
- Build and maintain pipelines of top talent for key roles, leveraging internal databases, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Support employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice within the manufacturing industry.
- Stay up to date on labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Track and report recruiting metrics.
- Identify areas of improvement and drive continuous process enhancements.
- Participate in industry events and professional associations to identify potential candidates.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of recruiting experience in manufacturing or industrial settings, with a focus on salaried employees.
- Proven success juggling a variety of roles, competing deadlines and priorities while balancing stakeholders needs
- Strong sourcing skills, including experience using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring.
