Overview

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Wellness Associate based in Bolingbrook, IL. The Wellness Assistant will provide support in implementing wellness programs, assist clients in achieving their health and wellness goals, and ensure a positive and welcoming environment. Responsibilities include engaging with clients, organizing wellness activities, maintaining records and schedules, and collaborating with team members to promote overall health and well-being within the community.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide excellent support
Knowledge and understanding of Health & Wellness concepts, including the ability to assist clients with wellness-related programs and goals
Organizational skills to manage schedules, plan activities, and ensure all tasks and responsibilities are handled efficiently
Enthusiastic, empathetic, and customer-focused approach
Experience in wellness or healthcare-related fields is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in wellness or related fields are an advantage
