Care Team Coordinator – Non-Medical Home Care
We are seeking an experienced Caregiver/CNA ready to take the next step into a Care Team Coordinator role. This position offers career growth, leadership opportunities, and administrative experience while continuing to support clients and caregivers.

Support and oversee caregivers
Conduct caregiver check-ins and reviews
Assist with training and onboarding
Provide in-field caregiver support as needed
Help with caregiver hiring
Front desk and office tasks
Participate in on-call rotation
1+ year caregiving or CNA experience is a must
Basic computer skills
Reliable insured vehicle & valid driver’s license
Willing to travel locally as needed
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Able to provide 2 professional references
CNA certification
Scheduling, training, or admin experience
