- Filing on a weekly basis.
- Filing of violations issued by property manager and mail to homeowners.
- Collecting insurance and census forms and updating association files.
- Create monthly newsletter.
- Cleaning and straightening up of clubhouse office.
- Supply Inventory.
- Other duties may apply.
