Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bokaro Steel City. The role involves teaching Chemistry to IIT-JEE aspirants, preparing detailed lesson plans, and delivering engaging, high-quality lectures. The faculty member will also conduct regular assessments, provide performance feedback, and guide students to excel in competitive examinations, maintaining IPEC's reputation for outstanding results. Additionally, faculty members will contribute to the development of study materials and participate in mentoring and academic support initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong subject expertise in Chemistry particularly in the context of IIT-JEE Main and Advanced syllabus
- Exceptional teaching and presentation skills for delivering complex concepts effectively
- Experience in creating comprehensive and innovative study materials, including assignments, quizzes, and test papers
- Passion for mentoring and guiding students toward academic success and career aspirations
- Proven track record of teaching or mentoring students for competitive exams is highly desirable
- Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject
- Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt teaching methodologies to varying student needs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
