Hourly rates for this position can be shared based on your location; this rate will fall within the posted range.

Xerox Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate who will be responsible for a wide variety of warehouse activities relating to the receipt, inspection, storage, picking, distribution and basic setup of office equipment, supplies and various goods. This is a full-time opportunity with daytime hours from 8 AM EST to 5 PM, Monday to Friday with occasional paid overtime.

• Assist in receiving and shipping of Xerox products, equipment and various goods
• Load and unload vehicles
• Prepare equipment for shipment and delivery
• Check all orders for accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment
• May assist drivers with deliveries and interact with customers as needed
• Assist with inventory as needed

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience is preferred
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience using smartphone, tablet and/or laptop
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications and the Internet
• Experience operating a forklift is preferred

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and regularly lift 50-70 pounds
• Able to safely maneuver oversized and overweight equipment
• Must be able to work in a warehouse environment that may not be climate-controlled

• Hands‑on training of Xerox equipment and all aspects of warehouse safety and responsibilities
• Ongoing career development training
