Starting Wage: $17.00 - $23.00
SummaryWe are seeking a disciplined, active, and reliable individual to join our travel retail inventory team. You will drive to customer locations, support inventory events, and help teams achieve precision and efficiency. Responsibilities- Travel weekly with the team to customer locations across your region.
- Safely transport team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner, following traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements.
- Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
- Accurately count, record, and report inventory using handheld scanners or counting tools.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow and meet daily performance goals.

- Support other team members as needed and maintain a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.
- At least 21 years old to qualify as a van driver (18 for personal vehicle use).
- Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts.
- Comfortable using handheld scanners or counting tools.
- Strong focus on detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and consistency.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
- Open to candidates with no degree, returning to the workforce, military experience, or reliable transportation.
- Valid driver’s license in the state of residence with a minimum of 36 consecutive months of continuous use.
- At least three (3) years of proven driving experience.
- Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report, pre‑employment screening, and MVR check.
- Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation.
- Availability for flexible schedules, including very early mornings, late nights, and occasional overnight travel (up to four days a week).
This role requires standing for prolonged periods with occasional walking, repetitive hand and wrist motions, low‑level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching), ladder use, lifting up to 25 lbs., and travel via car or plane, including overnight stays when required.
