At Clothesline Cleaners, we take pride in delivering premium dry cleaning and garment care services with exceptional customer service. Our Route Drivers are the face of our business — ensuring customers receive their clean garments on time while maintaining trust and satisfaction.

We’re seeking a reliable, customer-focused Route Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for delivering and picking up orders from customer homes, transporting items between our plant and retail stores, and serving as a key point of contact for customers.

This role offers
part-time or full-time flexibility and is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and takes pride in problem-solving and customer care. The day starts before 8am four days a week and you are done when the route is done, so the ideal candidate will have flexibility on their end time. No evenings or weekends.

• Pickup and Delivery: Deliver and pick up customer orders from residential locations following precise directions and requests from customers while maintaining communication with our processing plant ensuring all deliveries and pickups are completed accurately and on schedule.

• Shuttle Operations: Run daily shuttle routes between our plant and retail stores in the afternoons.

• Customer Service: Build strong customer relationships, communicate order status, and represent the company in a professional manner.

• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve potential order issues using critical thinking and clear communication with the dispatcher and manager.

• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily maintenance checks, report any vehicle issues, and ensure safe operation at all times.

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Previous driving/delivery experience is a plus but not required.
