Overview

DSL Express is now hiring OTR CDL Class A Team Drivers! Company drivers with 2+ yrs of experience and a decent MVR/PSP score. Position available ASAP. Gross earnings between $117,600 to $145,600 per year per driver.

• Up to 81 cents per mile plus bonuses. Depending on the EXP and MVRs of the team.
• Average miles are anywhere between 5500 and 7000 per week depending on the season. Some do more.
• The average gross income is $4500 to $5600 per week total. That’s $2250 to $2800 per week per team driver.
• Will consider changeover to the percent of linehaul if driver proves themselves.

• Up to 71 cents per mile plus bonuses, depending on EXPERIENCE and MVR.
• Average miles are anywhere between 2800 and 3600 per week depending on the season.
• The average gross income is $1900 to $2550 per week per driver (for normal solo drivers).
• Will consider changeover to the percent of linehaul if driver proves themselves.

• Must have Class A CDL. Additional endorsements are a bonus.
• Must-have 2+ years of CDL experience.
• Must-have clean MVR and reasonable PSP report.
• Dry vans or reefer work available.
• No touch freight; some drop and hook.
• Location is not restricted to any specific area.
• Unlimited miles within ELD compliance.

• Weekly pay with direct deposit.
• Up to 71 cents per mile for Solo drivers, depending on EXP and MVR.
• Up to 81 cents per mile for Team drivers, depending on EXP and MVR.
• Monthly bonuses based on safety, delivery, and communication.
• Bonuses for passed DOT inspections.
• The average gross income is $1875 to $2625 per week per driver (for normal drivers).
• Team average gross income is $4500 to $6000 per week total (split per driver).

• Healthy, able, and willing to work in a demanding job.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid CDL Class A with no pending suspensions.
• Ability to work with modern ELD systems.
• Ability to pass a drug test with no exceptions.
• Valid medical card.
• Stable work history and good references.
• No more than 3 moving violations/accidents in the last 3 years.
• No failed or refused drug or alcohol tests in the last 4 years.
• No DWI/DUI or BAC in the last 4 years.
• No reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years.
• No license suspensions for points or unpaid tickets in the last 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last year.
• Provide at least 3 years of work history; non-driving work history for the past 3 years will be verified.
• Previous employers and references must be verifiable.
