ADM is Hiring a Local CDL A Truck Driver For Our Caldwell,  Local Home Daily Position - Full Benefits $2,5000 Sign On Bonus Must Have A Valid Class A CDL & 1 Year of Verifiable Driving Experience Tanker Endorsement Preferred About the Position:

• Weekends, nights and holidays will be required in order to make timely deliveries to our customers. Class A CDL is required.
• This location primarily hauls pneumatic trailers.

• The driver must be able to plan trips (breaks, fuel stops, customer appointments, weather, traffic and construction, city and rural driving conditions) and manage unforeseen circumstances. The driver will sit for several hours at a time while operating their equipment. The driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading, unloading and transporting product according to ADM and customer requirements. Weekly mileages can and do fluctuate.
• The individual is required to follow all government, company & customer policies and regulations. This includes but is not limited to FMCSA, OSHA, EPA, DOL & Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

• 21 years of age or older
• 2 of verifiable OTR or local tractor trailer experience required in the last seven years
• Class A CDL with Tank endorsement
• No more than 1 chargeable accidents within the last 3 years
• No more than 3 jobs in the last 3 years
• No more than 1 moving violation in the last 3 years
• Anyone not meeting all criteria must be approved in writing.
• Candidates must successfully complete a DOT pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, background check and functionality testing

ADM requires the successful completion of a DOT physical, drug screen, 75-pound lift test, and DOT background check.
