Experience & Technical Skills

Minimum 3 years professional software development experience with:

• C# .NET
• WCF and client‑server architectures
• ORM mappers, preferably Entity Framework
• Relational databases, preferably SQL Server
• XAML/WPF
• Test‑driven development and automated testing

• Write clean, well‑engineered code and participate in code reviews
• Perform analysis and design work for customer requests and system‑wide development
• Collaborate with QA and Documentation to develop, maintain, and document software, ensuring consistency with system standards
• Perform preliminary testing, prepare testing instructions, and conduct unit and system testing
• Understand customer goals, strategies, and constraints to enhance the software
• Assist in resolving escalated customer issues when required
• Meet deadlines and complete scheduled work within budget and time constraints

• Logical and systematic approach to project analysis, design, and implementation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to organize and prioritize projects
• Proficient with programming tools, internal tools, and the existing programming environment
• Decisive and capable of working with minimal supervision
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Contract to Hire position based in Boise,  – 100% remote. Hourly rate $40.00 – $57.00.
