Dennis Dillon RV Marine Power Sports is seeking a motivated Marine Technician Apprentice to join our team in Boise,  entry-level role is designed for individuals eager to develop their skills in marine technology, maintenance, and repair while working alongside experienced technicians in a dynamic and supportive environment.

• Assist experienced technicians with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of marine engines and related equipment.
• Learn to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on a variety of marine power sports vehicles.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance under supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.
• Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through hands‑on training and mentorship.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interest in marine technology, mechanics, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
