This full‑time, on‑site role for a Senior Construction Project Manager is based in Boise, Senior Construction Project Manager will oversee the scheduling and management of remote installation projects throughout the country. Company has approximately ten Boise based installers who travel across the country to install our projects. Daily responsibilities include pre‑installation zoom calls with general contractors, coordinating installation team timelines with commercial general contractors, schedule air travel for the installation team according to the schedule.
daily check‑in with installers in the field to check on progress and address field related issues. Provide real time feedback to engineering and production on issues encountered in the field. Issue regular product and install update bulletins to the install team as instructed by production and/or engineering. Coordinate with local handymen and/or installers on after install fix‑its and basic punch list items that may come up.
This is a fast pace position that requires excellent and organized communication with customers, service providers and installers. Installations are conduced seven days a week, the project manager must be available to assist the installers off hours when necessary.
- Proven expertise in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
- Strong skills in Project Coordination and Project Management techniques
- Experience in Budgeting and financial oversight for construction projects
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Strong computer skills are mandatory. Progressive use of AI tools is encouraged
- This is a full‑time/in‑house position, located in Caldwell Idaho
- Target compensation $150K (Base $75K, commission target $75K based on efficient installations)
