Advanced Copier Technician

Position

We are seeking an Advanced Copier Technician to join our service team in the Boise, area. This is a field position with a POSSIBLE TERRITORY NEAR YOU, as we service all of Boise
and surrounding areas.

• Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
• Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base
• Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Developing options to solve unusual problems
• Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations

• Mechanical and Electrical Mindset
• Other experience and training with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, and other manufacturers is a plus!
• Strong computer knowledge a plus!
