• Install service and troubleshoot automatic sliding, swinging and handicap‑assist doors
• Run, terminate, and test low-voltage wiring (24V, 120V control circuits, sensors, access controls, etc.)
• Diagnose electrical or mechanical issues in door operators
• Perform clean code-compliant wiring and equipment installs
• Maintain accurate service reports and communicate findings to supervisors
• Work independently and safely on active construction sites and occupied facilities

• Experience working with automatic doors (NABCO, Stanley, Horton, dormakaba, Record, etc.)
• Knowledge of low-voltage wiring and troubleshooting
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and hardware schedules
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• AAADM certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience installing door operators, maglocks, card readers, sensors, and push plates
• Basic construction or glazing background (Required)
