We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Restoration Technician to join our team. This role focuses on water damage restoration, equipment setup, demolition, basic repairs, and on-site project coordination. • Inspect and assess properties for water damage
• Extract water using pumps, extractors, and other restoration equipment
• Set, monitor, and adjust drying equipment (fans, dehumidifiers, etc.)
• Perform demolition, debris removal, and basic rebuilding tasks
• Conduct mold remediation and sanitization
• Document all restoration activities accurately
• Communicate clearly with property owners and provide guidance on preventing future damage

• Experience with water damage restoration techniques
• Ability to operate specialized restoration equipment
• Basic carpentry and drywall repair skills
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable transportation to Meridian,  (Required)
