This field-based role plays a critical part in resolving warranty claims accurately, efficiently, and professionally—helping ensure customer satisfaction and long-term trust in our products and services.

• Service and repair previously installed Renewal by Andersen windows and doors
• Diagnose warranty issues and determine appropriate corrective actions
• Take accurate measurements for repairs and replacements
• Analyze customer situations and verify corrective actions resolve the issue efficiently and cost‑effectively
• Communicate service issues and solutions with internal teams
• Keep managers and team members informed of customer interactions and work completed
• Follow current product specifications, installation standards, safety protocols, and process updates
• Maintain organized service inventory and request material replenishment as needed
• Complete all Renewal by Andersen paperwork, forms, FSL App entries, and WOLIs accurately and on time
• Portray a professional image through appearance, vehicle condition, and conduct in customers’ homes
• Provide a high level of customer satisfaction and exceed customer expectations
• Adhere to work timelines, meet deadlines, and take ownership of responsibilities
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Maintain 70–75% monthly NPS
• Working knowledge of Renewal by Andersen windows, doors, and warranty standards
• Efficiently diagnose standard warranty issues and implement proper solutions
• Replace essential service components (sashes, screens, hardware, panels)
• Use a caulk gun efficiently and follow Renewal by Andersen caulking protocols for basic window applications
• Perform basic interior service work and demonstrate a willingness to learn advanced techniques
• Safely establish fall protection and anchor points
• Cut and install Fibrex and L‑Trim on basic window applications
• Properly and safely use power tools (chop saw, table saw, circular saw, reciprocating saw)
