Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms and/or service calls in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions taken.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, grounds, perimeter areas and critical infrastructure to help to deter unauthorized activity.;
Control access through gates, doors and/or checkpoints by verifying identification, monitoring authorized entry and exit and maintaining required logs.;
Monitor surveillance systems and/or equipment when assigned, report maintenance concerns and communicate security-related information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
