As a Security Officer - Flex Patrol in Boise, , you will serve and safeguard clients across a variety of industries. As a Flex Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you using our Claim a Shift platform. You will monitor and patrol assigned locations, deter security-related incidents, conduct routine patrols, engage with the public, and provide outstanding customer service and communication.

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem‑solving skills.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required per federal, state, and local laws.
• Consideration of qualified applications with criminal histories consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and local laws; may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
