Now we are looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and detail-oriented Cluster Sales Coordinator – Jakarta Sales Office to join our professional and passionate Sales team at Grand Hyatt Bali.

As a Cluster Sales Coordinator – Jakarta Sales Office, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing an excellent and consistent level of service to both internal and external customers.
  • Supporting the Sales team operationally and administratively in achieving the department’s pre-determined sales and revenue targets.
  • Preparing proposals, contracts, reports, and other sales-related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating client communications, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling for the Sales Managers.
  • Maintaining and updating sales systems, databases, and account records.
  • Assisting in organizing sales trips, client events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Handling inquiries and ensuring prompt responses in line with Hyatt brand standards.
  • Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure smooth execution of confirmed business.
  • Ensuring proper filing, documentation, and compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining a professional image and upholding Hyatt’s service excellence standards at all times.
  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of work experience in hotel operations or sales administration, preferably within an international brand.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with hotel sales systems.
  • Eloquent in English communication, both written and spoken. Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is required.
  • Highly conscientious, reliable, proactive, and team-oriented.
  • Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow within Sales & Marketing.
