We are hiring an ambitious, coachable Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Boise team. This role is built for early-career professionals who want to develop real sales skills, understand modern B2B marketing, and grow into a long-term career in digital media and technology sales.
This is a structured growth opportunity, not a transactional call center role.

Role OverviewThe Business Development Representative drives new pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective advertising clients. You will work closely with senior sales leadership to convert outreach into high-value sales conversations.
This position provides direct exposure to enterprise marketing teams, complex buying cycles, and strategic digital advertising programs.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and research target manufacturers and technology brands
- Engage marketing and demand generation leaders
- Execute outbound outreach via email, phone, Linked In, and sales tools
- Conduct discovery conversations
- Qualify opportunities based on fit and budget
- Schedule meetings for senior sales executives
- Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline discipline
Present EETech’s digital media offerings, including:
- Targeted digital advertising
- Account-based marketing (ABM)
- Sponsored media placements
- Proprietary audience targeting solutions
You will develop working knowledge of electronics and automation markets while gaining experience with enterprise-level marketing strategy.
Qualifications- 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, recruiting, or business development
- Comfortable engaging with professionals and decision-makers
- Organized and disciplined in follow-up
- Motivated to learn technical industries
Industry experience is not required. Drive and coachability are.
