Dynamic Auto Pros is a premium automotive protection company specializing in Paint Protection Film (PPF), Ceramic Coatings, Ceramic IR Window Tint, and premium detailing services. We serve clients across the Treasure Valley who value quality, longevity, and professional installation.
We are not a volume detail shop and this is not a cold‑calling role.
We are seeking a Sales & Service Consultant to take ownership of inbound lead conversion, in‑person consultations, walk‑in clients, and revenue growth.
This is a performance‑driven position responsible for closing high‑ticket services while delivering a premium client experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and respond to all inbound leads (phone, text, web, and walk‑ins) with urgency and professionalism
- Conduct in‑person consultations and vehicle assessments
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate protection strategies
- Present tiered service options confidently (Good / Better / Best)
- Increase average ticket through intelligent upselling and bundling (PPF, Ceramic, Tint, Add‑ons)
- Close high‑value services without relying on discounting
- Handle objections professionally while protecting margin
- Execute disciplined follow‑up until a clear buying decision is reached
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and pipeline organization
- Coordinate with production to ensure scope, expectations, and profitability are aligned
- Contribute directly to weekly and monthly revenue targets
This position is accountable for revenue performance — not simply appointment setting.
Qualifications- Comfortable presenting and closing $1,000–$8,000+ services
- Confident discussing pricing without hesitation
- Strong consultative sales ability
- Organized, disciplined, and process‑driven
- Competitive and comfortable working toward measurable targets
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement
- Automotive experience is beneficial but not required
- High‑ticket sales experience is strongly preferred
- Backgrounds that typically perform well in this role include: high‑end retail, home improvement, solar or roofing, commission‑based B2C services, inside sales environments
Compensation is performance‑based and structured to reward results.
We are open to discussing multiple compensation structures, including:
- Base salary + commission (Base salary starting at $36,000 annually)
- Lower base + higher commission
- Tiered commission based on revenue or margin
- Performance‑based bonuses
Exact structure will be discussed in person based on experience and performance expectations.
Typical earning potential:
- $55,000–$70,000 (entry‑level performance)
- $75,000–$90,000 (strong performer)
- $95,000–$110,000+ (top performer)
High performers who consistently increase revenue and margin will be compensated accordingly.
