Overview

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Executive to work within our Employee Health and Benefits practice. This individual will prospect for new accounts, achieve sales goals, and service existing clients, acting as an extension of their Human Resources team. The role involves understanding company benefits and costs, and implementing strategies to improve employee health, costs, and value.

What

You'll Be Doing
  • Develop new opportunities through networking, meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Execute a multi-faceted sales plan to contact prospects effectively.
  • Participate in training to identify and minimize client risks and drive positive change.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop solutions and move prospects through the sales process.
  • Leverage your business acumen to increase revenue and build your book of business.
  • Stay updated on employee benefits landscape, including compliance guidance.
  • Partner with Client Relations to ensure consistent client communication and service.
