New Truck Sales Coordinator job summary: The primary function of the New Truck Sales Coordinator is to provide administrative support for the New Truck Manager and New Truck Sales Staff. A secondary function is to assist with Used Truck Sales as needed in completing administrative tasks.

NEW TRUCK SALES COORDINATOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAbility to read and comprehend instructions and information. High school diploma or the equivalent. Knowledge of all types of new and used trucks and their components preferred. Proficient with computer systems, ten-key calculator and large data bases. Professional personal appearance. Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
Working ConditionsThis position involves both sedentary and other work. For part of the shift, the employee will work at a desk in an office setting, doing paperwork, filing, and key entry on a computer video monitor. For part of the shift, they will climb stairs, climb in and out of vehicles, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach, moving about the dealership facility to communicate with managers, employees, and customers.
Lifting of at least 50 lbs. without assistance on a daily basis, as well as heavier loads with forklifts and/or additional assistance will be required. Will be exposed to noise, dust, exhaust fumes, and a variety of other hazardous and nonhazardous materials. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted on a regular basis.
