Compensation: Base salary starting at $100,000, plus performance-based bonus for achieving targets

The Opportunity:

PCS Edventures is seeking a hands-on Director of Sales with proven experience in the education market to drive revenue growth across our product portfolio.

This role is ideal for a sales leader who understands the realities of selling into education—longer sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and budget-driven purchasing—and who enjoys balancing strategy with day-to-day execution.

Reporting to the COO, the Director of Sales will own sales performance, manage key accounts and reseller relationships, and continuously refine sales processes while partnering closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned to company goals and the education marketplace
  • Own revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including CRM accuracy and reporting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key education customers
  • Oversee reseller and strategic partner relationships
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience and drive growth

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
  • 5–10 years of progressive sales experience
  • Direct experience selling into K–12, education, or education-adjacent markets
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with both direct sales and reseller/channel partners
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Data-driven mindset with CRM proficiency
