This is a hybrid, full‑time position based in Boise,  Commercial Property Sales Manager will be responsible for driving facility sales to commercial property managers and managing client relationships, as well as serving as a liaison between clients and the service team. The role requires a strategic approach to sales management and outstanding communication skills to deliver exceptional client interactions and results.

• Developing business plans

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
• Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic thinking to identify opportunities and implement effective strategies
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in commercial property management or building services is an advantage
