The primary responsibilities of this position include providing overall sales support for a specific region of the company s Regional Sales Division, as well as general support for all other divisions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Manage all regional accounts for Wafer Prober, Dicer, PG, CMP and Grinder machines.
- Report to and perform all sales-related tasks as directed by Sales Management.
- Identify and develop new customer accounts within the assigned territory.
- Identify and qualify worldwide sales opportunities within accounts.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers, including bulk purchase agreements and other contracts.
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies to win business.
- Coordinate customer visits with technical center and factory personnel.
- Coordinate customer demos and benchmark activity.
- Communicate with existing and potential customers regarding current and future sales.
- Follow up on system deliveries, customer issues and new enhancement requests.
- Coordinate with Customer Support to ensure proper customer service.
- Participate in tradeshow activities.
- Maintain a Customer Database and report sales activities and forecasts.
- Determine and quote system configurations to customers.
- Communicate with Accretech Japan regarding all sales activities and coordinate with engineering personnel in the U.S. and Japan.
- Travel as required.
- All other duties as required.
- 7+ years of extensive sales (capital sales preferred) and account management experience required; BS in Business or Technical field, and/or technical degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer software.
- English language ability with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good mathematical ability.
- Excellent analytical ability and strong capability to make sound judgments; able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions; able to develop and effectively execute sales strategies.

- Education and/or experience: 7+ years in sales/account management;
Bachelor s degree preferred.
