We’re expanding rapidly and are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive new revenue and grow long‑term customer relationships for our Accelerated Title, National Title Exchange, and product lines —

What You’ll DoAs a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for owning your territory and closing new business
, both virtually and in‑person.
- Prospect aggressively through outbound calls, in‑dealership visits, and targeted outreach
- Build relationships with decision‑makers across dealerships, auctions, and automotive partners
- Maintain a high‑velocity sales cadence to consistently exceed pipeline and revenue targets
- Conduct compelling online and in‑person product demonstrations
- Negotiate pricing, close contracts, and drive deals to completion
- Accurately manage pipeline activity using Hub Spot
- Partner with onboarding and support teams to ensure customer adoption and long‑term success
- Represent Vitu at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
- Out of state travel as needed (limited but intentional)
We’re looking for proven closers who can build trust quickly and operate independently.
Required Experience & Skills- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a documented track record of success
- Experience in inside sales, outside sales, or hybrid sales roles
- Strong ability to build relationships and close deals remotely
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and metrics‑driven
- Comfortable presenting technology solutions using virtual demo tool
- Experience selling into automotive dealerships or related industries is a plus (not required)
- Base Salary: $70,000 – $85,000
- Target Variable: $100,000
- On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $170,000 – $185,000
Final compensation is based on location, experience, and qualifications.

Desired Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- Prefer 2-3 years of outside business‑to‑business sales experience
- Automotive Industry knowledge is a plus
- Must be creative and able to offer suggestions in how to achieve desired results
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Must be a team player, self‑motivated, and career oriented, with a desire to contribute to the growth of the company
- Maintain an awareness of business‑related trends in the industry
- Proven ability to organize and manage multiple priorities coupled with the flexibility to quickly adapt to ever‑changing business needs
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
