DescriptionGENERAL PURPOSE
Works with Regional Manager and Sales Manager to define, develop and administer sales and marketing program for the pacific Northwest Region. Works with Regional Manager to assess the marketplace determine opportunities, pursue prospects and to ultimately sign qualified independent agents on as Westcor approved agents. Manages ongoing business relationships with agents for region while focusing on maintaining profitability, quality and compliance with Westcor standards.
Responsibilities include projection planning and analysis of regional business opportunities.
- Prepares and submits agency applications for review by Regional Manager
- Develops and maintains agency relationships
- Reviews agents operations on a regular basis with emphasis on risk control
- Instructs agency personnel in use of company online tools and submission of agency reports
- Acts as a liaison between company and agents and trade organizations
- Plans and conducts, in coordination with the legal dept., educational seminars for agents and trade organizations
- Prepare agency terminations or cancellations
- Assists in development of promotional material
- Supports office staff with direction and information when necessary
- Other duties as assigned by management.
