• Valid Driver’s License
• 3-year Clean Record with no DUIs
• Ability to pass background and drug screen
• 2-5 years outside / route industrial sales experience preferred
• Tire sales experience a plus

• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
• Develop positive relationships to anticipate and handle customers’ needs
• Generate new commercial and OTR sales/service sales, including retreads
• Meet portfolio goals and sales quotas, adhering to pricing policies
• Assure the highest levels of customer service
• Report information regularly via Purcell’s sales management tool
• Complete fleet surveys, tire analysis, mileage tracking, and ad-hoc reports
• Protect company assets
• Maintain a clean vehicle to reflect the proper corporate image

* Outside Sales Reps are compensated through a combination of salary and sales commissions. The listed range represents an estimated total of all compensation sources, listed as an annual rate. Variables include relevant experience, sales, and geographic location.

Purcell Tire tests for the presence of THC in all drug screenings for this position, due to the safety-sensitive nature of the job and the potential for injury or death when a tire is installed improperly, or a safety-related mechanical issue is not properly conveyed to a customer. It is a bona fide occupational qualification for service technicians to be unimpaired, so the Company will continue testing for THC and other drugs under the safety-sensitive exceptions allowed by your state.
