Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Lead to join our team in Ada. This is a full‑time, mid‑level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant sales experience. As a Sales Lead, you will drive sales growth, lead strategic initiatives, and support a high‑performance team in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications & Skills- Demonstrated expertise in sales strategy development, execution, and optimization to achieve revenue targets (Mandatory skill).
- Proven ability to manage sales pipelines, track opportunities, and ensure effective lead conversion throughout the funnel.
- Experience in account management, nurturing long‑term client relationships and identifying upsell or cross‑sell possibilities.
- Strong customer relationship management skills to build trust, anticipate needs, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals, manage complex client objections, and maximize contract value for the organization.
- Effective còteam leadership abilities, including mentoring junior sales staff, promoting collaboration, and driving team objectives.
- Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities to engage stakeholders and support strategic sales discussions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret Oqart sales metrics, generate insights, and formulate recommendations for continuous improvement.
- EXPORT develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and expand the client base.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Oversee day‑to‑day management of the sales pipeline, prioritize opportunities, and allocate resources efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and ensure long‑term client retention.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high‑performing sales team to achieve individual and group targets while fostering professional growth.
- Monitor market trends, gather competitor intelligence, and identify new business opportunities to support sustainable growth.
- Prepare accurate forecasts, analyze sales reports, and present actionable insights to management and relevant stakeholders.
