SDR Team Manager

We are hiring SDR Team Managers to run new inbound and outbound teams. Our SDRs are typically outstanding graduates from STEM fields who would like to join the software industry and start their sales career at Canonical.
We look for SDR Team Managers who are organized, persistent, analytical, hard‑working, and committed to developing high integrity, high empathy, and a rigorous work ethic. You will manage and mentor a successful team of 2‑10 SDRs / BDRs, maintain a multi‑million dollar pipeline, and experiment with new outbound approaches to adapt to market changes.
Qualifications- Excellent academic results at school and university
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business or STEM
- Knowledge and passion for business development, sales and technology
- Track record of bringing exceptional outbound sales development results
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement – curious, flexible, scientific
- Creative problem solving and cross‑team collaboration
- Leadership experience in some form
- Able to use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement
- Distributed work environment with twice‑yearly team sprints in person
