Job Overview

The Senior Field Sales - Dental role at Expertia AI is a full‑time, contract opportunity based in Ada. The successful candidate will possess 7 to 10 years of experience and lead business growth by establishing and managing relationships within the dental sector.

Qualifications and Skills
  • In‑depth dental product knowledge with the ability to articulate product features and clinical applications to clients (mandatory skill).
  • Strong negotiation skills for closing deals and managing complex sales cycles with dental practice clients and partners.
  • Extensive experience in client relationship management, nurturing long‑term associations, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation strategies, prospecting new clients, and expanding the customer base within the dental industry.
  • Proven experience managing B2B sales processes, from initial contact to deal closure, preferably in healthcare or dental sectors.
  • Expertise in territory management to optimize coverage, prioritize high‑potential accounts, and achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact confidently with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
