As a Lead Thrift Store Associate, you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth by assisting in the overall management of selling donated items whose profits fund our programs.

• Enrolled in high school, or possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Strong customer service skills—able to WOW our customers!
• Availability to work weekends

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch
• Perform functions related to daily opening, operation, and closing of the store
• Compile daily sales and make bank deposits
• Serve as a leader by providing training and directing store employees
