Clothing Sales

This is a part-time position focused on providing direct customer service and support by selling merchandise on the sales floor, assisting with customer carry-outs, and stocking and restocking merchandise. The role specializes in clothing, footwear, and accessories.

• Sell merchandise and advise customers on merchandise price and features.
• Provide product knowledge to customers and recommend accessories or alternative goods.
• Assist customers in ordering specialized merchandise as needed.
• Receive and display merchandise according to policies and standards.
• Handle telephone inquiries and perform general floor maintenance.
• Participate in inventory cycle activities.
• Move materials using appropriate handling tools and equipment.
• Perform other duties related to customer service and merchandising as assigned.

Skills/Experience: Knowledge of retail sales techniques, ability to follow instructions, verify numbers, resolve customer issues, and demonstrate teamwork. Exposure to visual merchandising is a plus.

Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds.
