RV​/Powersports parts associate

Dennis Dillon Group is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable RV/Powersports Parts Associate to join our team in Boise,  this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while managing parts inventory and assisting customers with their RV and Powersports parts needs. Your expertise will help ensure customers receive the right parts and information to keep their vehicles running smoothly.

• Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct RV and Powersports parts.
• Manage inventory, including stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts accuracy.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide knowledgeable advice on parts installation and maintenance when necessary.
• Collaborate with service and sales departments to support overall business operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts department.

• Previous experience in parts sales, preferably in RV or Powersports industries.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and navigate parts catalogs and inventory systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic computer proficiency.
