• Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm; explain Topgolf’s offerings and recommend food, beverage and gaming options tailored to their visit.
• Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately, and keep Bay areas clean and organized.
• Be readily available with a strong T‑line presence, working seamlessly with fellow Play makers to deliver an unforgettable Player experience.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards, keeping bays clean and safe.
• Live Topgolf’s core values—Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring—every day.

• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs; comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping and carrying.
• Be on your feet for most of the day; enjoy walking throughout your shift.
• Engage in a variety of physical tasks; a can‑do attitude is essential.
• Keep up the pace in a high‑volume environment.

This role requires you must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
