What you’ll do:
  • Prepare food from scratch by following our recipes to produce consistent results.
  • Portion product.
  • Prep and cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, frills, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Maintain a clean working environment.
  • Demonstrate composure and effectiveness in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
  • Have flexibility in working weekends and occasional holidays.
  • Maintain a willingness to step in as needed to ensure the restaurant's smooth and efficient operation.
