Mow Crew Member - Full-Time Seasonal Idaho | Outdoor Work | Pay:
Starts at $18/hour DOE

About Terra Vita At Terra Vita Landscape and Gardening, we Create, Nurture, and Sustain outdoor spaces through dependable service, safety, and taking pride in our work. Our mowing crews play a vital role in keeping properties clean, healthy, and professional-looking all season long.

We’re hiring Entry-Level Mow Crew Members to support our mowing operations during the growing season. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical outdoor work, teamwork, and learning professional turf maintenance skills.

• Mow lawns following assigned patterns and seasonal height standards
• Trim edges, obstacles, and hard surfaces
• Edge sidewalks and driveways
• Blow clippings and debris from all hard surfaces
• Inspect, clean, fuel, and store equipment daily
• Work safely and professionally on client properties

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded individuals
• Willingness to work outdoors in Idaho weather
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a crew
• Landscaping or mowing experience is helpful but not required

• PPE required (boots, gloves, eye/ear protection as needed)
• Follow tool and equipment safety rules
• Work safely around machinery and cutting zones
• Follow hydration and heat/cold protocols
• Report hazards immediately

Seasonal position (hours vary with weather and route volume)

Pay: $18/hour DOE
