Overview

Join Vibra Healthcare as a Registered Nurse in a 40‑bed critical care hospital in Boise,  role focuses on Med Surg patient care on 12‑hour PRN/per‑diem shifts.

Vibra Hospital of Boise provides acute and critical care services for patients with trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. New Clinical Career Ladder

Full‑time employees may advance through Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert levels for pay increases. Eligible staff receive career development and advancement support.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise patient care plans in alignment with Vibra’s mission.
  • Provide direct patient care and delegate/supervise nursing staff per Nurse Practice Act.
  • Demonstrate clinical competence, manage patient care, improve quality, and establish professional relationships.
  • Develop specialty clinical expertise and fulfill hospital role responsibilities.
Required Skills
  • Current, valid, and active RN license in the state of employment.
  • Current BLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor.
  • Current ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous acute care experience strongly preferred.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance.
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
  • Independent decision‑making when warranted.
  • Proficiency with computer and software applications used in RN duties.
