We are currently hiring for Full - Time (1.0 FTE) Assistant Nurse Manager for the Ambulatory Clinical Support Unit team!

What You Can Expect

The Ambulatory Clinical Support Unit serves as a central staffing resource for the ambulatory clinics throughout the St. Luke’s System. Ambulatory CSU operates the Float pool, the Ambulatory Clinic Ahead Program (ACAP) and the Medical Assistant-Training (MA-T) program for the Magic Valley and Treasure Valley areas. The Assistant Nurse Manager role is responsible for managing staff in Ambulatory CSU in the Treasure Valley (Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa and Caldwell), including those in the Float pool, ACAP and MA-T programs, in collaboration with other Amb CSU ANMs.

Direct reports may include RNs, LPNs and CMAs.

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, Day Shift with rotating on-call on Fridays.

Position will work out of Boise, SL Plaza location but will travel to clinic sites within Treasure Valley.

Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelors of Science in Nursing
  • Experience:

    3 years nursing experience
  • Licenses/Certifications:

    Current RN License required and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in leadership
  • Experience in ambulatory/outpatient setting is ideal but not required
