Position Summary
nDuko Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across our partner long-term care and post-acute facilities. The RN will deliver clinical care, administer medications, supervise staff as assigned, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to residents/patients
- Monitor patient conditions and implement care plans
- Administer and document medications and treatments as ordered
- Communicate with physicians, care teams, residents, and families
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Respond to emergencies and perform CPR as needed
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance for assigned shifts
- Graduate of an accredited RN program (BSN preferred)
- Active RN license in the state of employment
- Current CPR certification
- Long-term care or post-acute experience preferred
