Intermountain Hospital is looking for a dynamic RN Program Manager

The RN Program Manager assumes responsibility for facility operations during the assigned shifts. This includes supervising nursing and clinical staff, ensuring that patient care is provided in an accurate and timely manner.
This position has responsibility for the supervision of care of patients ranging in age from age twelve through geriatrics. This Program Manager position is over New Start, Journeys and East.
Shift: Full Time days Monday through Friday (Can be either 4 10-hour days or 5 8-hour days)
Intermountain Hospital, located in Boise, has been providing quality psychiatric and chemical dependency services to Idaho's Treasure Valley and the western US since 1980. This 151-bed facility is located on 10 beautiful acres near the foothills of Idaho's dramatic Sawtooth Mountains. Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of RN Nursing experience.
Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the Idaho State Board of Nursing.
Additional Requirements: CPR certification. Thorough knowledge of JCAHO/HCFA, OSHA, state and federal regulatory requirements preferred. Standards of Performance:
